KAIST (during PostDoc):

Stanford (during PhD):

I am a postdoctoral researcher at KAIST, working with Prof. Juho Kim. My research interest is in the intersection of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human-AI Interaction (HAI), and Data Visualization. Specifically, I am interested in understanding human-human (e.g., author-reader) and human-AI communication around data and/or in other non-verbal context (e.g., metaverse, AI application planning), and building systems to support the communication process.

I completed my PhD in Computer Science at Stanford, with the mentorship of my advisor Prof. Maneesh Agrawala. My PhD work focuses on understanding the interactions between text and visualizations (dissertation). I did my undergrad in Computer Science at California Institute of Technology.

My CV is available here.
